Willie Smart (a.k.a. Brother Air) |
Willie Smart (a.k.a. Brother Air) is a drummer and percussionist from Cincinnati, OH. During his long musical career Smart has traveled across the globe sharing a countless number of musical experiences with some of the world's greatest musicians, but today you will never see him perform in a bar. Frustrated with filthy bars and a suffering music scene, Smart decided to take his art to the streets where he developed his legendary Hand-drum Rig and famous V=P-O rhythm. Smart is an extremely health conscious musician and his life and family revolve around the practice of Arnold Ehret's Mucusless Diet Healing System. Today Smart can be seen across the country buskering and evangelizing the Mucusless Diet with his son, Haneef. Air’s ultimate goal is to open a sanitarium to teach fasting, mucusless diet, and the importance of the lemon enema/colonic. Also, under the pseudonym Brother Air, Smart co-leads an all-vegetarian and Breathehretist jazz organization entitled the Breathairean Ensemble whose mission is to promote health awareness to the community through music (visit www.breathairmusic.com).
