About the Production Process
• Rehearsals will generally held from January-February on Saturdays and Sundays between the hous of 2 PM - 7 PM, with additional rehearsals possible for principal roles as needed. A Rehearsal Schedule will be given after Casting has been done.
Please check your calendars about Production Week (February 14-19, 2010) as early as possible. Rehearsals for Older youth and Adults may go until 9 or 10 PM. We will keep most other rehearsals during the rehearsal process on weekends. All production week rehearsals are at btc studios until the final tech/dress at The Aronoff Center/Jarson Kaplan Theatre on the Thursday of the production. If deemed neccessary, leads and major dancers may also be asked to attend a Friday Noon-4PM additional dress rehearsal before the Friday Night Opening Show - this will be decided during rehearsal week. It may require those in major roles to be out of school/work.
• Absences & Tardiness during the rehearsal process should be kept to a minimum, any vacations or family conflicts can be worked around if we are given advance notice. Please be sure to detail on the Audition Application what your potential vacations, weekly/weekend time conflicts might be.
